1. I cannot log in at all
Are you using the correct username and password? Your username should be a full email address (e.g. myname@mydomain.com ... not "myname"). Please ensure you have spelled your username and password correctly and there are no spaces at the beginning, in the middle, or at the end.

Please click the link below then enter your username (full email address) in the form provided. Submit the form, and your password will be automatically emailed to your username address. Check your mail - the email should reach you within a minute.

Most "member" access areas you log in to on the Internet utilise a cookie to recognise your log in so that you can work in a secure area without having to keep re-logging in.

To check your settings, open up your browser (Internet Explorer) then go to the Tools menu at the top >>> then select "Internet Options". Click on the 'Privacy' tab. There is a slider bar there. • MACINTOSH users
There used to be a compatibility problem between Mac and Internet Explorer. This incompatibility may have been resolved with new browser versions and Mac systems, however if you use a Macintosh and are experiencing difficulties, please try logging in to the member area using a "Netscape" browser instead of "Internet Explorer". Using the Safari browser has also helped some members overcome the difficulty. If you do not have Netscape installed, here is a link to a download on Netscape's site »»
    http://channels.netscape.com/ns/browsers/download.jsp
You may like to download the Safari browser to see if that helps »»

Alternatively, if you have a standard PC at your disposal, you could try logging in that way instead?
